Think about what was your first day like at a new job, before you owned your business...

 

The transition from one job to the next is a big one.  It is actually 3 TRANSITIONS IN ONE:

1. Intellectual:  New work

2.  Social:  New people

3.  Environmental:  It's a new place

 

*We fail to make this transition a defining moment*

*in your team members life.*

This will be something they remember for the rest of their life.  All it takes is a little attention and a little planning to make it a defining moment.
