   1. If you want to be, then do.  Step up.
2. Courage of voice
   1. Have that difficult conversation that you know you need to have with your team member.

According to the Small Business Administration (SBA) only 50% of small businesses make it past the first 5 years!  So believe in yourself & don't forget you are courageous just in opening your business!
