Because it rhymes, and you and your team will remember them!There is such a thing as too many Core Values. Less is more.
In summary, avoid core values that are permission to play, as these values should be a given, and also avoid aspirational in nature core values, because these are things that you want to be successful in the future, but that your company currently does not embody.
