*People need to be reminded more than they need to be instructed.*

You must choose *consistency *if you want long term success.

What are some of the areas we need to be consistent with?

1.  Consistent with ***meetings***
2.   Consistent with giving ***feedback*** to your team
3.   Be consistent in your ***core values***
4.   Be consistent in your ***recruiting process***
5.   Be consistent in your long term goals and ***clarity*** to team

*Long term success comes through consistency.*

Until next time,  LEAD WELL!
