  2. Late Morning
  3. Early Afternoon
  4. Late Afternoon

How does your energy go up and down throughout the day?

Time is fixed, but energy flexes

Try to do high energy activities, during your “peak” energy states

What activities should you avoid during your low energy states?

Change your day to flow with your energy rhythms.
